peel head

someone with a bald or shaved head. Commomly used in 70's and 80's Britain by negro's to describe skinheads.

Winston:"look at that white boy over there!"
Elroy: "yeh, hes got a skinhead..."
Mr Rasta's Chocolate drop: "Yeh man! the dutty peel head rarce!"
