A derogatory slang term for a republican referencing their strong party ties to Jeffrey Epstein the notorious child sex trafficker. A portmanteau of the word Republican and pedophile. Used frequently during political discourse between the left and right political parties in the United States.

These pedopublicans will never fully release the Epstein files.
