Trap Party 

A trap party is disguised as a "normal party", and is often advertised in the same fashion; an address sent out in texts, snapchats, Twitter, etc. to obtain the largest possible crowd. A trap party differs from a normal party because it is organized as a business opportunity to sell massive amounts of Coke, Molly, and other illicit substances for maximum profit. A trap party often draws a lower quality of human, and the ratio of hot/normal to sketchy/abnormal (as well as female to male) is often 1:5 and beyond.

Trap Party 

A Trap Party is an MMO term that refers to a party advertised for clearing a raid or dungeon, but often hides the fact there are low skill level players involved. It is often used as an expression of frustration or disgust with a party's performance.

The term is often seen in online RPGS such as World of Warcraft (WOW), Final Fantasy XIV (FFXIV), and Guild Wars 2 (GW2).

Trap Party 

A party that is hosted for, and by high school kids, but for some reason you, an adult, were invited. At this party, plenty of recreational material is present, along with the actual TRAPS. An overabundance of underage hotties. The ratio of 18+ to 17- must be at least one to ten, and they must be, or due to substance consumption APPEAR attractive.

Alex: "Yeah, and then my twenty something year old cousin invited me to a high school party. I was like, TRAP PARTY, and walked out of the room."
