ozort
An organization that kills zombies. Short for "Order of Zombie Outbreak Resistance Tacticians". This group made up of multiple zorts, and is based out of ozort.org. A member of this group (a zort) is a person specifically trained for tactics and survival in the event of a zombie hollocaust. The group's primary focus is on teaching people what to do in the event of a worldwide zombie outbreak, or z-day.

OZORT
A group of survivalists who plan for ANY national crisis, using as a worst case scenario the theoretical idea of a zombie outbreak as a benchmark to ensure preparedness for any situation whereby government or society collapses. They are a large organisation and can easily be found on google or any other major search engine.
People often mistakenly think that OZORT is about killing zombies because they use a zombie as their mascot.

Oort Editing
Much like the Oort Cloud, Oort Editing is when you take scraps of video or film from a shoot and edit it together. Most commonly used on wedding videos to show the bride and groom what happened while they were getting ready and/or shit was hitting the fan. It is very much free form editing and has been made easier by the advent of nonlinear editors

Boffin
British slang for a scientist or technical expert, esp . when the speaker is not certain of the expert’s specific field of study. Not necessarily derogatory, but typically used by persons without a technical background. In the US, the equivalent would be “egghead”, “squint”, or “geek.”
Origin of the word is unknown. Started sometime in World War 2. Given the typical evolution of British slang, could easily have started because what these experts did was confusing or “baffling” to the common person.
