Something that is so valued or praised to the point (even overrated or not) where it just seems highly unnecessary or don't know why are they even doing it for the sake.

Example 1: Pokemon and Super Mario are the most overpraised character franchises in nintendo

Example 2: Friday Night Funkin and ( or formerly) Among Us are the most overpraised games by youtube recommendations

Overpriced Cereal

Someone who thinks too highly of themselves, they are arrogant and usually jerks to everyone else because they are below them. In the supermarket of the world they are the cereal that is too expensive, get's soggy too fast and tastes horrible. they are not worth the price you pay too hang out with them, or in the supermarket, eat them.

Jonathan is just overpriced cereal, don't bother with him.

A $5.00 item that costs $10.00. May be of higher quality than a $4.00 item but not enough to justify it's price. Usually a fad or status item like a $500 Gucci purse.

You can get an identical knock off of a Gucci purse for 1/5 the price, the Gucci is way overpriced.
