Tending to be educated, intelligent, and engaged with society an outster strives to lead a healthy and productive lifestyle while contributing in various ways to sustainability of natural resources and our planet.
It is not uncommon to find an outster who was an athlete in mainstream competitive sports that through injury, boredom, disillusionment or simple love of nature has turned to these activities. Others have simply always had this mindset.
The social philosophy of the outster is to protect and nurture natural settings and frowns on apathy or disregard towards protecting the environment and our world.
