This is the result of Bandit Heeler, from Bluey, being asked by Bingo Heeler what “a-a-a-a-a-b-b-b-u-u-u-u-u-u-k-k-k-k-k-j-j-k-k-k” spells. There really isn’t a definition, but I think it would be used like the phrase “Aw man.”
