This can also include those who defer to those who engage in such behavior. Normbots are characterized by an apparent lack of interiority or introspection, hence the -bot suffix.
Normbots make the world a terrible place by enabling narcissists and sociopaths who take advantage of normbots' need to fit in with the norms of the dominant culture.
