~noun 1. A nOOb of Hispanic heritage or decent.
2. A wanna be illegal alien that actual gets caught repeatedly crossing the border.

The Nooberto's throat was parched and dry, he asked a border agent for some water.

A nooberto who is also a boomer. This term is mostly used as an insult.
