nonlexical 

An adjective describing when something written or spoken, including sounds and utterances, cannot be located in the conventional dictionary or lexicon because it’s not considered a traditional or widely-accepted word.

Although the existence and use of nonlexical words is the currency of Urban Dictionary and its devotees, non-lexical words and phrases are considered by word snobs to be grounds for shame and dishonor.

nonexican 

n: A mexican who is mexican only by culture. This person doesn't speak Spanish or understand Spanish. Typically this person has parents who are fluent in Spanish and either refused to teach them or gave up teaching them. Nonexicans have a mild to strong Spanish accent.

Guillermo Diaz Cardinal Santa Cruz De La Hoya Martinez Santiago Yepiz Ruiz couldn't translate the "Abierto" sign on the front door of the cantina. He's nonexican.
