Afro-English slang, meaning "I'll have a bite". Used when a friend has some peng looking munch or a voluptuous gyal walks by and you just want to take a bite.

James - "Man this pepperoni pizza is banging!"
Tyrone - "NOKOLULU!" *takes a fat bite
James - "Are you serious right nyeow bro?"
