She's the best person you'll ever meet. She's sunshine and rainbows and everything beautiful and glittery. She's so kind, so angelic, so affectionate, so compassionate, it's hard to believe that a person as perfect as her can even exist. She's the best friend who'll never let you down no matter what, even if the two of you are living thousands of miles away and haven't met in like five years. Usually something that isn't a particularly a big deal, esp. when it primarily affects someone else - sort of a mild schadenfreude. Sometimes doubled or tripled, and possibly said in a sing-songy voice for added comedic effect to imitate a muted trumpet, which is how the meme originated.
