Niggerative language

Where much of the most interesting urban slang comes from, including much in this dictionary. It is later discovered and adopted by other sub-groups such as suburban white school kids, wealthy white college students, trust-funded stoners, racist sport fans, etc.
The two drunken DePaul kids were walking home from the Cubs game and one said, pointing to a woman, "Well, homie, I'm surely going to make her my baby momma". Niggerative language is this, said I?
