Don Imus should be fired for calling members of a girl's basketball team nappy headed hos.

A phrase used in an attempt to get fired from a job as a radio show host or other such broadcasting positions.
Don Imus was fired from his radio show, "Imus in the Morning", after calling the Rutgers women's basketball team a bunch of "nappy-headed hos".

nappy-headed hos 

A combination of nappy-headed, which is an insult of the tight, curly hair of blacks and ho, a common insult to black females.
