N.e.c. is defined as "Not Elsewhere Classified". Codes labeled "other specified" (NEC not elsewhere classified) or "unspecified" (NOS not otherwise specified) are used only when neither the diagnostic statement nor a thorough review of the medical record provides adequate information to permit assignment of a more specific code.

N.E.C stands for "No Effort Club". This club is for people who enjoy low maintenance relationships/friendships, and in turn are low maintenance. We do not like drama or stress- just easygoingness.
