N.E.C stands for "No Effort Club". This club is for people who enjoy low maintenance relationships/friendships, and in turn are low maintenance. We do not like drama or stress- just easygoingness.

if you go to a hot rod run and you hear a hot rod or any car in general do a burnout you immediatly think that person must be in N.E.R.C
