Euphemism for "mother fucker," to be used when your elders are around.

Bob: "That sick fuck was fucking his own mom, so I called him a..."

(Bob's father walks in the room)

Bob: "...MONKEY SUCKER!"

Monkey sucker

A term that suggests that someone sucks a monkey's dick.Used mostly to discribe someone who is displeasing by acting gay, ridiculous, mean, over controlling, stuckup ect.

Our music teacher is a total monkey sucker.
