Its where a small group of people get liter sized milk jugs one each, put random food coloring in them, and drink it as fast as you can. Then you try to puke.

The participant must drink a gallon of milk, of any type, within an hour, and hold it down for an hour upon completion of drinking the entire gallon.
The participant is disqualified if he or she:
Fails to finish the milk within an hour
Fails to hold down the milk for an hour after finishing the gallon
Goes to the bathroom at any point during the attempt
Consumes anything other than milk
Vomits

I tried the milk super challenge, and drank the gallon in 28 minutes, but I couln't hold it down for an hour after that.

A Milk-man challenge is when a group of guys lay in a circle and perform oral sex on each other. The winner is the first man to ejaculate, meaning he is the only one who does not end up with semen in his mouth. The rest of the group must carry on until there is only one left.
