Messtarter 

a person who starts to do heaps of work, but cannot focus on one thing and even never brings them to an end.

A: Hey, What are you doing now?
B: I am working on a new project.
A: Didn't you tell me you had to write a couple of papers?
B: Yeah, it is being finalized. Don't worry.

A: What about your part-time job? Are you still working in that restaurant?
B: Gash ... I totally forgot it !!! I'm late !! I gotta go !! See you later !!!
A: (She is ... just ... Messtarter ... ... hmm)
