A term commonly used on figure skating twitter (fstwt). It's used to describe a skater you're fond of. Can be male or female, however its usually used for female skaters.

A type of role playing phenomenon in which humans, generally female, adopt the personality of one of their cats and chat or write in a cross between baby talk, malapropism, and literal phonetic spellings. These cat figures take on a life and personality of their own which become quite real to those involved.
