Medigan

A contraction of the Italian words "merde de canne"; meaning "dog shit. (or literally "shit of dog") This reference was used by Italian immigrants and their 1st generation Italian-American off-spring to describe non-Italians.

I had to work outside in the cold today, while my boss' medigan buddies got to work inside.

Medigan

Joke combined with a series of Italian words. Contraction of the italian word "merda"(shit) the preposition "di"(of) and "cane"(dog) that means shit of dog but in italian shit of dog sounds very close to the word "Americano". The Italian word "Americano" means "American" but in the south of Italy they pronounce it "mericane" this word sounds very like merda di cane that means "shit of dog" and the early italian immigrants from the south of italy, used this joke to refer to the American food when somebody from the Italian family or outside the circle of family brought american food into an Italian home. Because American food was very different in those times from Italian food, so they called "dog's shit" in italian as the word American in Italian sounds like the words merd di cane that means "shit of dog"

somebody asked in Italian "what's that?that's not italian" the other went:"è mericane" and the other "it's merd di cane!!!" to mean that american food was like dog's shit. (mericano - merda di cane - medigan it's the way it's pronounced in English.

Madigan

Literally the most amazing, beautiful, and honest person in existence. They are incredibly gorgeous and heavenly, yet they refuse to accept it. Everyone is in love with them and admires them. Their gorgeous, brown eyes twinkle when they smile, and their luxurious, flowing, brown hair glistens in the sun. They are fierce, stubborn, and persistent, and they will not hesitate to do what is right. If you know a Madigan, you are literally the luckiest person in the world (but do not oppose them because they will squash you if you do). If you are a Madigan, congratulations, you are a walking God/Goddess.
