a lucid paralysis is a sleep paralysis that isn't a nightmare, like without monsters or stuff (neutral or equalivent to good lucid dream)

How this happens:
You know, on sleep paralysis you can't move. And that makes you panic which is the direct cause for sleep paralysis. Panic. Basically like in a lucid nightmare. But if your life is all sunshines and rainbows or you're a calm person, you might get lucky with a lucid paralysis.

Ex:

X: "I just experienced a lucid paralysis, I'm so fucking lucky"
Y: "What the hell is that"
X: "Basically a good one"
Y: "Okay lucky ig"
