You use their first name and then add "losovich" to complete the dictorial version of who they really are. The word "losovich" obviously comes from the fucked up dictator Milosovich.
An example would be if the asshole of your group is named "Tim" then you would add "losovich" to the end of his first name; therefore his true name among the group of friends would be "Timlosovich."
