A word only used when imcompetant people cannot express thier laughter in any way other than sounding like they have a serious mental illness. People who usually use this word either
A) are complete illiterate imbeciles
or B) thinks that by sounding like a child who is on multiple medication and has been dropped multiple times that they are sounding funny/clever/cute which, in reality, they might as well just say EPIC FAIL.

Samantha: so I read about this guy in the paper who got hit by a bus and then trampled by a stampede of buffalo.
