1. a french man/woman who is extremely attractive, with angular legs and curly hair.

2. a very distinctive type of laugh, usually associated with squealing, cackling, snorting, yelling, drawing attention to one's self, or covering one's mouth with one hand, while audibly laughing...and slapping the person in whom one is sitting next to
