Lima Lima Matt Foxtrot

Originally military speak, translating directly as “LLMF,” this became an acronym for “Little Lost Mother F**ker.” It was later adopted by the tech world to refer to somebody (usually non-technical) who is in way over their head.
“We tried showing the boss how to use the new database, but he couldn’t even follow instructions well enough to get through the first two screens. After that, it was just Lima Lima Matt Foxtrot the whole way.”

Lima Oscar Lima

Phonetic Alphabet acronym for "Laugh Out Loud" (LOL). An example of it's use is Corki, the League of Legends champion, who says it as a joke. In that particular case, the joke can also be used to mean League of Legends (LoL).
Person 1: Hey, when I play Corki, and press Ctrl+1, he says : Lima Oscar Lima. Is that supposed to be a joke ?
Person 2: Just take the first letter of each word he says and you'll understand.
Person 1: (Thinks for a moment):.....Ahhh, I see what you did there Rito!

Lima syndrome

Unlike Stockholm syndrome, where hostages develop sympathy for their abductor, Lima syndrome is the result of the abductor / kidnapper sympathizing with his hostages.

Occurred in the Japanese Embassy hostage crisis of 1996, when members of a militant movement took hostage hundreds of people attending a party in the official residence of Japan's ambassador to Peru. Within a few days, they set free most of the hostages, including the most valuable ones.
In The World is Not Enough, James Bond thinks Electra King (Sophie Marceau) has Stockholm Syndrome for her kidnapper / lover Renard (Robert Carlyle). However, it turns out that Renard really had Lima Syndrome, and loved Electra deeply.

West Midlands slang word for rockers, bikers, greasers etc. In the late 1980s it was used by the UK music press to refer to a specific scene centered around the bands Pop Will Eat Itself and Crazyhead. The term never found favour with readers of 'the inkies' (Sounds, Melody Maker and the still extant NME) and was soon dropped. Now often used in predominantly working-class areas of the midlands and the north to mean someone who listens to rock-derived music and/or dresses in a manner that suggests they affiliate themselves with rock music of some kind.
Some grebo passed with Sabbath playing on his stereo.
The Poppies are at no. 17? God, a grebo band in the charts!
