A response phrase to say to a men when he asks you an inappropriate question regarding your body, sex life, or any insulting towards the individual. Also, men asking personal information that is unnecessary to know or uncomfortable for the individual. Another way of saying “back off that question”

Brought to public attention by Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein in the book on the fall of Richard Nixon, All The President’s Men, ratfucker was Nixon’s term for a political operative who sows chaos among opponents; an agent provocateur.
