leadatude 

Noun or adjective: meaning an attitude of leadership. I coined this word while writing a book entitled WHO's The Boss?.
That boss needs a leadatude adjustment. She/He thinks we're his little trolls.

My boss's leadatude style is scorched earth. One mistake and you're on your way to the glue factory.

I love working here. The Administration has a leadatude mentality. They're inclusive. Everyone's opinion is valued and respected. It feels like a team.
