Technically, he didn't have sex with Monica Lewinsky but she did give him a blowjob. That is lawyer talk.

Nicer way of saying taking a shit. It comes from the idea that talking to a lawyer is about the same as flushing money down the toilet. Usage: "Hold on a few minutes, I have to go talk to my lawyer" -- BT
