to bitch or complain without justifiable reason on a regular basis . usually about something trivial .

The outside tables and ashtrays were cleaned regularly and the chairs rearranged to an orderly fashion when vacated . one beer bobby / can you give me cig was #KERFETCHING# about the commotion caused .
