Mack Aka RM Ordained when a Chihuahua was barking while abatement work was underway in Philadelphia alleyways the Dog was barking non stop Mack stared To say HuaHua! Everytime the dog bark for a whole hour the chihuahua and Mack went back and forth tell the chihuahua stopped barking and from that point we started using Huahua! As a slang and now everyone says it meaning crazy chihuahua HuaHua!!!!!!!!
