I can add "EA" to get a "HEART"
or a "U" and get "HURT".

HRT is hormone replacement therapy, what trans people go through to transition medically. Also referred to as anti-cishtamines, titty skittles (for mtf), or tit-tacs (also mtf), also simply called Es (mtf as well) due to the large E that is on some brands
