hook worm

A facebooker, or social network follower who comments on a persons status with the words "Me too!" Offering no other explanation, or details.

Usually meant to boost the offenders self image, or opinion but only making them look like a complete douchbag.

These hook worms on my facebook are getting old, just junking up my status. GTFO!
