Hiplomatic immunity 

A form of social immunity and a policy held between a group of friends that ensures that the coolest member of the group is given safe passage and is considered not susceptible to normal group rules or prosecution under the groups unspoken social laws.

Great Examples of Hiplomatic Immunity- Arthur Herbert Fonzarelli (also Fonzie, The Fonz, or Fonz), Detective Axel Foley (Beverley Hills Cop,) Roadblock (G.I. Joe,) Superman (from Super Friends,) Lisa (Weird Science,) and Barack Obama (DNC circa 2008.)
