usually used by snezhnayan ginger boys related to a organization called the fatui to identify them make sure their name is Childe or Tartaglia they use a bow and can manipulate water into multiple weapons (spear, arrow and duel swords) they can also create a giant whale and have a really cool transformation scene where they go from the power of water to electricity.
