When you expected something in line with the sales pitch, but instead received something late, of poor quality, and are now paying extra to fix it...incorrectly

I ordered a pepperoni pizza from the menu... an hour later I received a plate with ketchup, pork rinds and a slice of cheese... extra cheese to cost more

I got fucking hexawared!
