One of two things.
1.) Güntbait can be that which baits Günther. This is to say something that seduces him into peeking out from hiding (or from his general cave dwelling); OR something that tricks him into leaving himself vulnerable (ie: for a trap). Güntbait in this regard usually constitutes a pair of unshaven armpits, Shrek-themed chapstick, or a (mayo only) hoagie, to name a few. Anything that really moistens his brow and gets the flood gates running.
2.) Güntbait can also refer to a highly sexual/errotic process carried out during the blood moon.
