A highly painful, inflammatory medical disorder affecting the penis of well hung Dominican men. Usually cured by wearing a Willie Warmer over a 2-3 day period.

When Luis boarded the flight bound for Santo Domingo, a vicious flare up of Guebinitis made sitting so painful, he raced to the bathroom before takeoff to don his extra large Willie Warmer.
