1. The constant conflicting struggle for power and position within a matrix based organization.
2. Belonging to the company cliché.
3. The hatred of groups, like an inflamtion or disease of group morals, teamwork and relationships.

I am sick of the grouptitis in this school.

The belief in being attracted to someone for reasons other than their personality.

"I sure like the way she moves her ankles when she walks, i think i'm in love" This wouldn't be an example of love, it would be an example of groupieism
