Goombie

The evil, drunk version of a typically large headed, full sideburned man. Usually in the "Goombie" form the inebriated victim is compelled to wear a paper bag mask and parade around wildly.

-Also, when in the "Goombie" state, the subject tries to act overly cool in texts to friends but truly comes off as a complete tool.

He was such a Goombie last night.

Something a person does that is considered 'goofy' but the biggest goofy thing someone does can be known as there 'goofiest' moment.

A Goofiest act made by someone where for example they jump off a wall like an idiot and swing there arms & legs around in the air.

High goofies

'High goofies' is an alternative to 'High winds', derivative of the well-known Disney character Goofy ('goofies' being the plural). The character is generally associated with the wind, so any mention of him during weather talk refers to that.

EXAMPLE 1
Weather Reporter: "We'll be experiencing high goofies today, so hold on tightly to your hats!"

EXAMPLE 2
Friend: "There is a lot of goofy around here... You should put on a coat."
