goofyphrenia 

Goofyphrenia is a personality type, not a mental disorder. People with Goofyphrenia, Goofyphrenics, are unconventionally goofy. They say goofy things and do goofy things especially in a public or group setting and they may come across to onlookers as utterly insane. There are 2 extremes when it comes to Goofyphrenics: those who tend not to think before they speak or do something goofy, and those who are aware that what they’re doing or going to say is goofy, but do it anyway to elicit laughter and/or because it’s funny to them.

Student 1: Is something wrong with John? He’s fucking insane.
Student 2: He’s not insane, he’s got goofyphrenia! He doesn’t actually believe those goofy things he says in private.
Student 1: Oh, he’s goofyphrenic. That’d make sense.
