A contagious disease that affects your mood and possibly the mood of your peers. A feeling of being down and the opposite of shitting rainbows.

Pamanda usually comes to work shitting rainbows, but today she has caught a case of glumitis.

Person 1: i just think being passive aggressive makes everyone unhappy and is very unproductive
Person 2: yaa, because the problems/causes of unhappiness never really end up getting solved
Person 2: people just let them sit and wallow in glumity (that's a word now)
