1. A racist slur used by percussionists aimed towards other people but usually band kids

2. A percussion instrument with pitched metal bars arranged in a keyboard layout and is struck with a mallet to create sound, also known as bells

Typically of nordic descent and outwardly liberal while still relatively disapproving of all other races.
