Gay panic is also a term used by homophobes to get a lighter sentence with hate crimes, claiming that they were afraid that the gay/trans person would harm them. It is better to use Gay Crisis as it is not a term used by homophobes to excuse themselves from hate crimes

Someone who jumps from one relationship immediately into another one.

Serial monogamists can not stand to be alone and often suffer from vast commitment and insecurity issues.
