Fenfairy

A person usually of the female sex whom likes to consume or use fentanyl often. They may also do sexual favors , steal, manipulate,lie, cheat etc. in exchange for or to obtain fentanyl. Basically anything they can do to obtain it.

I met a fenfairy today and brought her back to my house just for her to rob me and disappear.
