1. the act of taking your hand, inserting it into your friend's armpit, and shaking their armpit as if you were shaking their hand or fiercely fingering a girl in order to tickle them. Before doing said action, the friend must announce "friendpit!"

2. a friendly sexual favor that friends do for each other where a man inserts his penis into another friend's (male or female) armpit and allows the man have intercourse with said armpit.

A female friend.
Any word + -ette states a female.
Friend (common gender) + -ette = friendette (feminine gender).
Dude (male gender) + -ette = dudette (feminine gender).
