frail ass nigga

This expression describes someone usually beyond the term “frail”, who is weak and/or small statured; typically due to laziness and no self-motivation to push one self to grab a weight and hit the gym.

"That kid from Some Beverage hasn't hit the gym in so long, he's a frail ass nigga."
