Fpwo is when someone uses heart broken text messages as their motivation when working out. It is last resort for someone looking for motivation. Use it wisely though, it can go two ways. (as shown in the examples)

Bob: Hey whats Jim doing?
Terry: He is using fpwo, he is going through his text messages on when his girlfriend left him.
Bob: Oh.

Terry: He's going through his old text messages on when his girlfriend left him.
Bob: Hey, Jim is crying.
Terry: I guess he couldnt overcome his past.
