Flustered to the point of Fumbling for a solution. Slurring your speech when trying to excitedly explain a frustration.

My fingers flumbled on the keyboard and I lost the menu bars.

I flumbled the details of how my shopping cart accidentally scraped the side of a car door in the parking lot.
