Norwegian equivalent to the the english term «to finger» or «to rub one out»

Norwegian:
- Hva skal du gjøre i kveld?
- Jeg vet ikke kanskje bare fingre og sove.

English:
- Wheat are you gonna do tonight?
- I don’t know, maybe just finger and go to sleep.
